Purchases & pricing

• Prices are shown at checkout and may include taxes where applicable.
• Payments are processed securely by a PCI-compliant provider. We don’t store full card details.
• Currency and final amount are displayed before you pay.

License & usage

Unless a project page states otherwise, downloads are licensed to you on a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable basis.

• No redistribution, resale, sublicensing, or sharing of the files.
• You may create personal derivatives/modifications, but you may not distribute or sell them.
• For commercial use or team/company use, please contact us for a separate license.

Downloads & access

• After purchase, downloads appear on the project page; you can re-download updates when available.
• If you check out as a guest, we set an essential cookie on this device to remember your purchase. You can later create an account to link it.
• We aim to keep files available, but we may update or remove items for legal or quality reasons.
• Please keep a local backup after downloading.

Refunds

Digital items are generally non-refundable after download unless defective or required by law. If you experience an issue, please reach out within 14 days via the Contact page and we’ll do our best to help.

Accounts

• You’re responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account.
• We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or suspected abuse.

Prohibited uses

• Illegal activities or infringement of others’ rights.
• Resale, redistribution, or making files publicly available.
• Circumventing access controls, scraping paid content, or abusing downloads.

Intellectual property

All content and materials remain the property of MrK Store or respective creators. No ownership is transferred by purchase; you receive a license to use the files as described above.

Warranty & liability

The service and downloads are provided “as is” without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid to us for the item or service giving rise to the claim.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We’ll update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use of the service after updates means you accept the new Terms.
